Design


Our team of experts can guide you through our options and answer any questions you may have – from understanding the difference between an all-in-one tap, and a tap ‘on a font’ – we understand every home is different, and we’ll take the time to understand exactly what will help harmonise your home.


Talk to us about the different options available – how our boiling water works, why our chilled water tastes that good, and exactly how you could enjoy sparkling water, right from your tap. We understand the art of hydration, and our work with interior designers means we’re perfectly placed to answer any specification and technical questions. 



Installation


Once you have selected your HydroTap, our expert team of HydroCare engineers will take care of the installation for you, making sure that your HydroTap works perfectly, explaining how to use it (if needed!), and giving any advice you may need. By installing with a verified HydroCare engineer, you’re safe in the knowledge that your HydroTap is properly fitted directly by the manufacturer. 


Ongoing service


Our support doesn’t end at installation. Our HydroCare engineers carry out regular servicing and filter changes, as a part of our HydroCare plans. These plans are designed to save time, and provide you with ultimate peace of mind. We understand how important it is that your HydroTap continually provides you with water at its best, and we’re always at the other end of the phone ready to help with servicing requests, as well as any filter changes, or CO2 canister replacements (to keep your sparkling water topped up). 


We’ll keep an eye on when your filter change is due, and will organise an appointment for any routine servicing, meaning you’ll have one less thing on your mind. With over 100 directly employed engineers in our growing team, our response time is fast, and we’ll be on hand to make sure you’re never left high and dry.
